Responsibilities

• Assists the Front Office Management Team in delivering courteous, professional and flexible guest service at all times.
• Liaises with Housekeeping to ensure VIPs and arrivals adhere to schedules.
• Coordinates all repair and maintenance and reports maintenance job orders.
• Understands rate structures and promotional rates offered to guests.
• Implements guest recognition programs and maintains a guest history database.
• Responds to consumer audit results and implements necessary changes.
• Ensures guest details are entered correctly and that front desk staff deliver Hyatt's brand promise.
