Grand Hyatt Seattle is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to join our leadership team. This guest-facing role supports senior management by coaching staff, scheduling, payroll and interviewing, while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Experience and understanding of Front Office operations.
• Must have valid MAST Permit.

Responsibilities

• Coach, schedule, payroll and interview staff; support senior leadership.
• Lead Front Desk agents; manage guest registration and service communications.
• Handle forms of payment and respond to guest inquiries; ensure guest experience.
• Cross-train in Rooms Control and may work shifts in that capacity.
