Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Seattle seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead the Front Desk team at Grand Hyatt Seattle. This guest-facing role partners with leadership to ensure smooth guest check-in/out, promote hotel services, and deliver exceptional service.

The position may cross-train into Rooms Control and requires strong communication and coaching abilities. Starting base pay ranges from $32.60 to $33.25 per hour, with eligibility for upsell incentives and extensive benefits after 30

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Experience and a thorough understanding of Front Office operations.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities.
• Lead Front Desk agents and communicate hotel services and promotions.
• Coaching, giving direction, and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing.
• Cross-train as Rooms Control and may work shifts in that capacity.
