Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Housekeeping on room readiness.
• Handle payments and resolve disputed charges.
• Follow up on guest satisfaction and post-checkout issues.
• Run daily arrivals/departures reports and balance receipts.
• Train, motivate, and coach staff; ensure policy adherence.
