Job summary

Thompson Austin is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead guest registration operations and promote a superior guest experience. You will coach and direct associates, coordinate scheduling, payroll and interviewing, and collaborate with senior leadership on basic management tasks.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership presence, and the ability to manage front desk operations in a fast-paced hotel environment, including weekends and holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Experience and a thorough understanding of Front Office operations.
• Previous supervisory experience in a Hotel environment preferred
• Ability to work flexible and extended hours as required by the operations of the hotel.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Coaches, directs and trains associates; may include scheduling, payroll and interviewing.
• Leads agents responsible for guest registration and hotel services communication.
• Ensures accurate processing of payments and responses to guest inquiries.
