Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced setting.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods; physical readiness.
• 1–2 years of Front Office or hotel front desk experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office team by coaching, directing and scheduling.
• Oversee guest registration and hotel services communications.
• Support senior leadership with basic management duties.
