Job summary

White Lodging in Austin seeks a Front Office Leader to guide daily operations of the Front Desk, PBX, Concierge, and Bell Stand, ensuring seamless service and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

You will drive guest satisfaction through coaching, monitor budgets, staffing, and performance metrics, and collaborate with housekeeping to uphold brand standards. A degree or equivalent hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Front Office teams in hospitality.
• Knowledge of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and labor productivity.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Front Office, including Front Desk, PBX, Concierge, and Bell Stand.
• Foster guest and associate engagement with exceptional service.
• Optimize departmental performance by staffing and controlling costs.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to maintain standards.
• Develop, coach, and mentor associates with development plans.
• Analyze guest service scores and budget results to implement improvements.
