Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the clerical team.
• Oversee front office operations: scheduling, patient flow, and feedback to management.
• Advise patients and/or families on insurance, billing, and related issues or refer to the appropriate team member.
• Train or coordinate training of new front office employees.
• Ensure accurate closing procedures and deposits.
• Oversee completeness and accuracy of medical records for continuity of care and timely service.
