Mammoth Mountain in Mammoth Lakes, CA is seeking an on-site Front Office Supervisor to lead the Front Office Representatives during shifts and support hotel operations.

You will assist management with training programs, resolve guest issues in line with policies, and perform Manager duties when leadership is unavailable. This role requires strong guest service skills and supervisory experience in a resort setting.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with two or more years experience in operation of a hotel front desk, including night audit.
• Responsibilities in a major full service resort hotel.
• Computer literate.
• Six to twelve months training and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the Mammoth Mountain Inn Front Office Representatives during assigned shift.
• Assists the Management Team in establishing and implementing training programs.
• Represents the management in solving guest problems regarding policies and procedures.
• Performs the duties of the Manager during periods when other Management Team members are not available.
