Job summary

Mammoth Mountain is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee the Mammoth Mountain Inn Front Office team and support training initiatives. You will help resolve guest concerns, uphold policies, and cover Manager duties when needed. Shifts include days and evenings in a resort setting.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 2+ years in hotel front desk operations, with strong computer literacy. This role offers an hourly pay rate and is based in Mammoth Lakes, CA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two or more years of experience in operation of a hotel front desk, including night audit.
• Computer literate and able to use front desk software and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the Mammoth Mountain Inn Front Office Representatives during assigned shift.
• Assists the Management Team in establishing and implementing training programs.
• Represents management in solving guest problems regarding policies and procedures.
• Performs the duties of the Manager during periods when other Management Team members are not available.
• Schedules vary, including day and evening shifts.
