Mammoth Mountain in Mammoth Lakes, CA is hiring for a Front Desk Manager. You will oversee front desk, bell, valet and concierge operations in the absence of the Front Desk Manager, and lead training, guest service, and purchasing as needed.

This role requires 2+ years in hotel front desk and reservations, 6–12 months of supervisory experience, and proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sirius and Visual One. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and benefits.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel front desk and reservations operations.
• Minimum of 6 to 12 months of supervisory experience.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Sirius and Visual One.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all Front Desk operations, bell, valet, and concierge in the absence of the Front Desk Manager.
• Responsible for training, guest service, employee relations, and purchasing as needed.
• Acts as manager on duty.
