Mammoth Mountain is seeking a Front Office Supervisor for the Village Lodge to oversee front desk operations during assigned shifts and support the management team in establishing and implementing training programs, ensuring consistent guest service.

The role requires a high school graduate with two or more years in hotel front desk operations, computer literacy, and the ability to perform manager duties when needed.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with two or more years experience in operation of a hotel front desk, including night audit.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Village Lodge Front Office Representatives during assigned shift.
• Assists the Management Team in establishing and implementing training programs.
• Represents the management in solving guest problems regarding policies and procedures.
• Performs the duties of the Manager during periods when other Management Team members are not available.
• Schedules vary, including day and evening shifts.
