GOODMAN DERMATOLOGY AND MOHS SURGER seeks a Front Office Supervisor to manage a team of Front Desk Associates, ensuring exceptional patient service across multiple West Valley locations. The role includes training staff, creating coverage schedules, and maintaining high standards of front desk operations.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in a medical clinic, strong knowledge of front office procedures, insurance verification, HIPAA, and a positive leadership attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a medical clinic setting.
• Knowledge of front office procedures and patient flow.
• Knowledge of medical insurance plans
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance

Responsibilities

• Front office staff scheduling oversight for multiple office locations
• Set a service standard and lead by example, providing exceptional customer service to all patients
• Manage training of new and existing staff members to ensure everyone understands the expectations set forth for them
• Supervising staff's daily responsibilities efficiently while creating a welcoming experience for patients
• Coordinate with staff to ensure compliance and protocol procedures are being met
• Ensures and coordinates that all front office staff verifies demographic and insurance information via real time eligibility
• Interacts with patients and vendors to resolve patient issues and vendor concerns
• Assists the practice manager in coordinating employee evaluations and administering corrective actions
