The role includes training staff, creating coverage schedules, and traveling between West Valley locations to maintain smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in a medical clinic, strong front office knowledge, and expertise in insurance verification.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a medical clinic setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of front office procedures and patient flow.
• Knowledge of medical insurance plans and HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office staff scheduling for multiple locations
• Set service standards and lead by example with patient service
• Train new and existing staff on expectations and protocols
• Ensure welcoming patient experiences and efficient daily duties
• Coordinate with staff to ensure compliance and procedures
• Verify demographics and real-time insurance eligibility
• Resolve patient issues with patients and vendors as needed
• Assist practice manager with evaluations and corrective actions
