Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or hospitality leadership is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team and communicate clearly.
• Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day team operations: create schedules, assign tasks, and provide training.
