Conrad Orlando, part of Hilton, invites you to join the Front Office team as a Rooms Coordinator, coordinating group arrivals, pre-arrival details, and guest accommodations to ensure flawless experiences and total satisfaction from check-in to departure.

You will answer calls, update logs, resolve guest requests with warmth and urgency, and uphold the luxury standards that define the Conrad brand, while collaborating with rooms, bell staff, and guest services to create memorable stays.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or hospitality operations preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple arrivals and special requests with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Managepre-arrival details: Confirm reservations, assign accommodations, and fulfill special requests prior to guest arrival.
• Coordinate group arrivals: Organize and oversee tour and pre-assigned group arrivals to ensure a seamless experience.
• Delight our guests: Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly to uphold service standards.
• Provide phone support: Answer and route incoming calls, maintain call logs, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
