As the city’s first luxury hotel, we value data‑driven decisions, clear goals, and ownership partnerships. The ideal candidate has 2 years in a Training/HR Manager role, preferably in hospitality, and is bilingual in Spanish.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Training/HR Manager role, preferably in hospitality.
• Fluent in Spanish (bilingual).
• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employee development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations and training programs to support hotel operations.
• Foster team engagement through recognition programs and events.
• Maintain HR data systems, reporting, and compliance with regulations.
