Hilton is opening Signia by Hilton Indianapolis and is assembling a Front Office Supervisory team to shape the guest experience from the first day. You will help build an exceptional guest service culture and supervise core front desk operations to ensure warm, memorable stays.

Qualifications

• Experience in front office supervision or hotel guest services preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to train and motivate teams.
• Customer service oriented with a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front office team: lead daily front office procedures including check-ins/outs and service delivery.
• Lead day-to-day team operations: create schedules, assign tasks, conduct pre-shift meetings, provide feedback and coaching.
• Lead guest issue resolution: respond to inquiries and escalate as needed while supporting team members.
• Manage lobby flow: monitor guest traffic and adjust coverage to maintain service efficiency.
