You will oversee check-in/check-out, collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Catering and Sales, and manage a varied schedule that includes evenings, nights and weekends. Experience in luxury hotels and Opera systems is highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum two years supervisory experience in Front Office or Guest Services at a luxury hotel.
• Ability to motivate Front Office staff to perform their best.
• Familiar with Front Office training techniques and scheduling for profitability.
