The role includes overseeing guest services, supervising staff, handling check-ins/outs, and managing reservations, with a typical schedule of 7 AM–3 PM and 3 PM–11 PM.

• Ability to lead, train and motivate front office staff.

Aufgaben

• Oversee guest services and front office operations; ensuring superior service is a priority.
• Foster a positive, cooperative work environment between front office staff and management.
• Supervise front office team: interviewing, hiring, training, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; planning, directing work, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Front Desk Duties: greeting guests, check-in/check-out through the PMS, taking reservations, updating/cancelling reservations as requested.
• Handle cash, credit card information and guest accounts; manage incidentals and transactions.
• Identify guest needs and provide information about hotel services and amenities; respond to requests promptly.
• Typical Schedule: Morning 7 AM–3 PM, Evening 3 PM–11 PM; weekend availability.
