We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our Team! Our Residence Inn® by Marriott Buffalo Downtown, is located in the Allentown district of Downtown Buffalo, our hotel is minutes from the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus and offers free onsite parking, as well as an attached Starbucks®. With 105 spacious studio and one-bedroom suites with separate living and sleeping areas, and fully equipped kitchens, we are an extended stay hotel. The Residence Inn is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.
The Front Desk Agent is the face of the hotel, and provides superior service to all guests. Responsibilities include:
