Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton-Buffalo Downtown in Buffalo, NY. Join a team supporting guest services, reservations, and seamless check-in/check-out processes.

You will handle guest interactions, reservations, and payments, contributing to a positive guest experience with morning/evening shifts and weekend availability. Hourly pay ranges from $17 to $18 with benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out in the Property Management System.
• Handle cash, credit card information and goods at the property.
• Provide information about hotel services and amenities to guests.
• Respond to guest requests promptly.
• Take reservations via phone and input/update in PMS.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete the check-in/check-out procedure through the Property Management System while obtaining and storing pertinent information.
• Handle cash, credit card information and goods at the property
• Identify the needs of each guest and provide information regarding hotel services and amenities to create an accommodating environment.
• Take reservations from callers and input all information into the hotel management system; update/cancel reservations as requested.
• Typical Schedule: Morning Shifts 7 AM–3 PM; Evening Shifts 3 PM–11 PM; Weekend availability required.

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our great Team! Our Hampton Inn & Suites with 140 beautifully appointed rooms/suites is located just off I-190 and is in the heart of Buffalo. Just two blocks away is the free downtown train, the NFTA Metro. The KeyBank Center or Canalside for sports, entertainment, and activities are only one mile away. The Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests, complete the check- in/ check-out procedure through the Property management system while obtaining and storing pertinent information.
• Handles cash, credit card information and goods at the property
• Identifying the needs of each guest and provides relevant information regarding the hotel services and amenities, to create an accommodating environment for all. Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner.
• Taking reservations from incoming callers while providing excellence in service and inputs all information into the hotel management system. Updates and cancels reservations in the system as requested by the guest.
• Typical Schedule : Morning Shifts : 7 AM – 3 PM , Evening Shifts: 3 PM – 11 PM, Weekend Availability needed

Pay range: $17.00 - $18.00
