Hampton Inn & Suites Buffalo - Downtown is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at 220 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14202. You will greet guests, manage check-in/out in our property management system, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.

The role requires handling reservations, cash and guest information with care, and responding quickly to guest requests. Morning and evening shifts are available, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in hospitality or front desk operations is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out using the PMS system.
• Handle cash, credit card information and guest belongings securely.
• Inform guests about hotel services and local amenities; respond to requests promptly.
• Take reservations by phone and update/cancel in the system as needed.
