Qualifications

• Combines education and experience to meet role requirements.
• Hospitality Diploma or Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a management position.
• Hospitality or customer service background is valuable.
• Opera experience is a plus for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Office Department – Lobby Hosts.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and staff briefings.
• Train, mentor, and develop Lobby Hosts and front desk staff.
• Maximize room sales, revenue, and profitability.
• Ensure high standards of courteous guest service and problem resolution.
• Manage same-day room inventory and rate yielding.
