Arlo Hotels is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager in Washington, DC. You will lead the front desk operations, supervise Lobby Hosts, and ensure exceptional guest service while controlling labor costs and maximizing revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in a management position.
• Hospitality or customer service background.
• Opera experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes room sales, room revenue and profit.
• Delivers outstanding service and creates memorable experiences.
• Assigns, coordinates and supervises Lobby Hosts.
• Trains, mentors and develops Lobby Hosts; prepares schedules and monitors labor costs.
• Ensures shift closings, deposits, refunds and rebates are completed.
• Conducts performance reviews with team members.
• Responds promptly to emergencies and follows up with guests and staff.
