Job summary

The Omni Hotels & Resorts in Irving, TX seeks an Assistant Front Office Manager to work with the Director of Front Office and night staff to ensure maximum Front Office operating efficiency. You will help train associates to meet Omni Standards and communicate with department managers daily, including Night Audit each evening.

Responsibilities include handling guest complaints, maintaining PMS proficiency, inventories, rate discrepancies, and coordinating group arrivals while supporting loyalty

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Director of Front Office and night staff to ensure maximum Front Office operating efficiency.
• Handle training with associates to ensure Omni Standards.
• Communicate with department managers daily; coordinate with Night Audit each evening/morning.
• Resolve guest complaints to maintain a satisfactory impression.
• Maintain familiarity with hotel computer systems for training, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Complete weekly supply inventories and rate discrepancy reports.
• Block/assign arrivals for the following day and prepare group information.
• Complete check-out with balance reports and daily credit checks.
• Adhere to Front Office systems, controls, and marketing programs.
• Collaborate with Loyalty Ambassador to ensure select guests are tracked and serviced.
