Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk per Highgate Hotel standards.
• Maintain PBX operations and ensure hotel standards are met.
• Answer inquiries about services, facilities and hours.
• Process logbooks, packages, and messages for guests and meeting rooms.
• Balance and close shift paperwork and maintain front desk records.
