Viceroy Washington DC is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver attentive and efficient service during check‑in, stay, and checkout. You will maximize occupancy and room revenue while maintaining Highgate Hotel standards and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, computer proficiency, and a warm, professional demeanor to assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and services throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• Front desk guest interaction experience preferred.
• Computer skills required for PBX and reservation systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk per hotel standards.
• Maintain operation of PBX console and ensure standards are met.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, facilities and hours.
• Handle logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages.
• Review Front Office log and Trace File daily.
• Assist guests with check-ins and checkouts in a courteous manner.
• Be familiar with all in-house groups, rates and promotions.
• Follow cash handling and credit policies.
