Job summary

The Westin La Paloma Resort and Spa in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations and lead a team dedicated to exceptional guest service.

You will coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, while managing shifts, billing accuracy, and reservations. A passion for hospitality and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of front desk operations experience in hospitality.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS and reservation platforms.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent guest service and manage guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service reflecting brand standards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments for smooth guest experiences.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in training new employees and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Oversee shift schedules, cash handling, and accuracy of billing and room assignments.
• Assist with PBX operations and rooms control desk and reservations.
