Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix North, located at 3838 E Van Buren St, Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to lead guest arrivals and departures with warmth and professionalism. You will resolve guest needs quickly and coordinate with team to ensure a smooth stay.

Responsibilities include efficient check-in/out, accurate handover reports, and acting as Manager on Duty when needed. Strong communication and a can-do attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service environment preferred.
• Can-Do Attitude with willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to work in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/out efficiently and ensure guest satisfaction post-check-in.
• Endure all tasks daily per Front Office Checklists.
• Act as Manager on Duty in absence of management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room rates and promotions.
• Receive and manage daily mail as required.
