Qualifications

• Refined verbal and written communication skills and ability to learn various computer systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Experience and a thorough understanding of Front Office operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills and develop basic management responsibilities.
• Coach, direct, and may train, schedule, and interview associates.
• Handle guest issues and de-escalation of guest/employee concerns as needed.
• Lead front office agents responsible for guest registration and communicating hotel services and promotions.
