Job summary

Hersheypark Camping Resort is seeking a Part-Time Front Office Supervisor to support daily operations, guest check-in/check-out, and reservations in a resort setting near Hersheypark. The role includes financial reconciliation of daily receipts and guest resolutions, while maintaining HE&R standards.

You will supervise office staff, assist guests, and collaborate with housekeeping and other teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be friendly, upbeat and work well with guests and staff.
• Strong technical skills including keyboarding and PC use.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Office Clerks, coach and train staff.
• Greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and handle reservations.
• Process daily cash and card transactions following HE&R standards.
• Maintain office and lobby cleanliness and safety.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve issues as they arise.
• Log and manage guest lost and found and after-hours keys.
