Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company’s Hersheypark is seeking a Part-Time Guest Experience Attendant to warmly greet guests, scan tickets, and assist with park products and rentals. You will help manage crowds, upsell park programs, and provide frontline service with a smile.

Responsibilities include handling money and cashless transactions, resolving guest questions, and maintaining logs for rentals while ensuring a safe, friendly experience for every guest at Hersheypark.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older on the date of applying.
• Friendly, upbeat, and able to interact with guests.
• Positive attitude and professional image per company guidelines.
• Comfortable handling money and cashless transactions.
• Safeguard confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically welcome guests and manage admissions at Hersheypark.
• Direct and manage high guest flow; record admissions and re-entries.
• Upsell park programs and prepare/reconcile inventory.
• Resolve guest inquiries and log feedback; assist with redemptions.
• Scan tickets using Galaxy system and verify validity; rent strollers/wagons/ECVs.
• Maintain logs for rentals and assist with accessibility program items.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a great guest experience.
• Provide courteous customer service over the phone when needed.
