Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older on the date of applying.
• Previous experience in a Call Center environment, hospitality, or guest services.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift meetings and coordinate staffing with supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide exceptional guest services and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Train employees and enforce department procedures.
• Operate Galaxy systems including Order Entry, POS, and payments.
