Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older on the date of applying.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn other databases and applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with proven organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls.
• Respond to inquiries regarding events, schedules, policies, and procedures.
• Process employee schedule changes and communicate updates to employees, supervisors, and department managers.
• Process attendance infractions and counsel employees on attendance records; apply progressive disciplinary procedures.
• Assist with the coordination of supplemental staffing programs.
• Assist with payroll questions for part-time employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
