Job summary

Hersheypark Entertainment Complex in Hershey, PA is seeking a Full-Time Guest Experience Operations Lead to oversee daily guest experience operations and supervise staff across Hersheypark, ZooAmerica, and Sweet Lights. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Industry Experience - Amusement Park, Hospitality/Tourism
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid Drivers' License
• Relevant work experience can be substituted for education - 3 years

Responsibilities

• Experience operations by monitoring staffing levels and assigning staff to adapt to business needs. Direct and coach employees for Hersheypark, ZooAmerica, and Sweet Lights.
• Serve as Manager on Duty for the department and respond to guest and staff escalations. Provide coverage for Guest Experience SweetCore Supervisor shifts as needed.
• Provide training for the Hersheypark Guest Experience department employees while providing feedback to department leaders on ways to improve content and programming.
• Assist with guest recovery by maintaining a presence within the Guest Experience department and handling escalated issues.
• Lead off-season daily operations and assist with creating training components under department leadership's direction to prepare for in-season operations.
• Monitor labor and expenses with organizational audit standards to secure all company assets.
• Work shifts may involve long hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
