• LightSpeed experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of Front Office, Market, Club Lounge and IRD staff.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff; handle disciplinary actions when needed.
• Respond to guest requests and group needs to ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Implement company programs and supervise Front Desk to maximize revenue and service quality.
• Oversee Guest Service Agents and maintain calm leadership during busy periods.
• Ensure attendance compliance and perform other duties as assigned.
