Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager - PM to oversee front office operations at The Westin Chicago Lombard. The role focuses on maximizing revenue, guest satisfaction, and seamless service across Front Office, Market, Club Lounge, and IRD.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hotel management or supervisory experience in the Front Office, with LightSpeed experience preferred. Marriott brand familiarity is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hotel management or Front Office supervisory experience.
• Experience with LightSpeed preferred.
• Marriott brand experience and market knowledge helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Front Office, Market, Club Lounge and IRD to maximize revenues and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, evaluate performance, and manage disciplinary issues as needed.
• Respond to guest requests and group needs to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Implement company programs and supervise Front Desk to comply with SOPs/LSOPs and drive service quality.
• Supervise Guest Service Agents and maintain calm handling of emergencies and high activity periods.
• Ensure attendance rules are followed and perform other duties as assigned.
