Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a charismatic Front Office Manager to supervise daily front desk operations at Le Meridien Chicago - Oakbrook Center, driving guest satisfaction and revenue.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of front office supervisory experience, familiarity with LightSpeed, and a willingness to leverage brand standards. Marriott experience is helpful but not required; relocation negotiable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hotel front office management or supervisory experience.
• Marriott brand experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience with LightSpeed is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance, resolve problems, and discipline when appropriate.
• Respond to guest requests and accommodate groups to maximize guest satisfaction and repeat business.
• Implement company programs and supervise front desk operations to maximize revenue and ensure service quality.
• Supervise the Guest Service Agents.
• Remain calm and provide guidance during emergencies or heavy activity; resolve issues with sound judgment and approved revenue allowances.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
