Qualifications

• Prior hotel front desk, guest services, or hospitality experience preferred — not required; we will train the right candidate with the right attitude and service instincts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and exceed guest expectations on every shift.
• Ensure smooth shift operations and uphold Marriott brand standards.
• Supervise front desk agents, coach in real time, and maintain guest satisfaction during each shift.
