AC Hotel Austin Hill Country in Austin, TX is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee guest services, ensuring smooth operations and consistently high guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising daily shift processes, training and coaching the front desk team, resolving guest issues quickly, and coordinating with housekeeping and reservations to maintain service quality. You will also manage cash handling, scheduling, and market inventory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift processes ensuring all team members adhere to standards operating procedures.
• Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems, and coach and counsel the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
• Build strong relationships and liaise with all other department's especially housekeeping, reservations, etc.
• Controls cash transactions at the front desk and maintains complete responsibility for personal bank as specified by hotel bank agreement policy.
• In charge of Front Office schedule and ensure proper coverage of hotel demand.
• Supervise Front Office Market inventory and ensure appropriate stock level of market supplies.
