Peachtree Group is hiring a Front Office Supervisor at AC Hotel Austin Hill Country to oversee guest services and drive memorable experiences for guests in the Austin area.

In this on-site role you will supervise daily front desk operations, train staff, resolve guest issues quickly, manage cash handling and scheduling, and coordinate with housekeeping and reservations to ensure smooth hotel performance and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Supervise daily front desk shift processes ensuring SOP adherence.
• Train, direct, coach, and resolve issues for the front desk team.
• Resolve guest issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Liaise with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments.
• Manage cash transactions and personal bank per hotel policy.
• Oversee Front Office scheduling and coverage.
• Monitor market inventory and stock supplies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front desk operations and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Train and coach front desk staff; resolve issues to maintain quality service.
• Address guest concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments.
• Oversee cash handling and daily financial controls at the front desk.
• Plan and manage Front Office scheduling to meet hotel demand.
• Monitor and manage Market inventory and supplies.
