Gastro Florida in Tampa Bay is seeking an experienced Front Office Specialist to join our largest gastroenterology group. You will manage patient check-in/check-out, insurance verification, greet patients, collect payments, answer phones, and support scheduling in a high-volume outpatient setting.

Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (ECW) is a plus. Candidates should have prior specialty office care experience, GI exposure is helpful, reliable attendance, flexibility to float to locations, and

Gastro Florida is the largest gastroenterology group in Tampa Bay with over 65 providers and over 25 locations in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando and Polk counties. We are seeking an experienced competent, conscientious, service-oriented Front Office Specialist with strong character to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in a fast-paced outpatient environment, comfortable with high volume patient loads, and able to integrate quickly with training and work under the direction of the division practice manager.
