Responsibilities

• Patient check-in and check-out.
• Insurance verification.
• Greet patients in courteous manner.
• Collect money owed and end of day balance.
• Answer phones.
• Patient registration of new patients.
• Strong proficiency with ECW.
• Managing the fax inbox, including timely review, routing, and documentation
• Scheduling patient appointments, follow-ups, and coordinating provider workflows.

We are seeking an experienced competent, conscientious, service-oriented Front Office Specialist with strong character to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in a fast-paced outpatient environment, comfortable with high volume patient loads, and able to integrate quickly with training and work under the direction of the division practice manager.
