Hilton Garden Inn/Homewood Suites San Diego Downtown/Bayside is seeking a Lead Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations, guest service escalation, and team leadership. You will coordinate check‑in/check‑out processes, ensure billing accuracy, and maintain brand standards across shifts.

Responsibilities include leading front desk agents, conducting pre‑shift huddles, handling cash and audits, and assisting with reports and scheduling as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with hotel PEP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily front desk activities including check‑ins, check‑outs, room assignments, and billing accuracy.
• Lead Front Desk Agents during shifts and provide real‑time support.
• Manage cash handling, shift audits, and billing questions; update folios.
