Job summary

Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson seeks a detail-oriented Rooms Controller to manage daily room assignments, align with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Engineering for timely readiness, and handle VIP and group blocks.

You will monitor reservations, resolve duplicates, update statuses, and support high-traffic periods with calm, decisive communication. Experience in hotel front office systems and strong multitasking are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily room assignments for arrivals, VIPs, special requests, and returning guests.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Engineering for timely room readiness.
• Review duplicates, no-shows, and due-outs; update statuses and reports.
• Monitor room statuses and amenity requests; ensure accurate billing.
• Assist during high-traffic periods and support guest service teams.
