Job summary

Westin La Paloma Resort and Spa in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations, guide a team, and ensure guest satisfaction through professional guest service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.

You will collaborate with housekeeping and other departments, assist in training, handle guest concerns, and support management with new processes and technology to improve front desk efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in front desk operations in hospitality.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems and reservation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor front desk staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments for smooth experiences.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in training new employees and fostering teamwork.
• Manage shift schedules, cash handling, and billing accuracy.
• Assist with room reservations and PBX phone operations.
• Support management with new processes and technology upgrades.
