Job summary

The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa in Tucson is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations, ensure guest service aligns with brand standards, and support the Front Office Manager.

You will lead a team that handles check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries, mentor staff, and collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of front desk operations experience in hospitality.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS and reservation platforms.
• High school diploma required; hospitality degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk team to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and concierge to enhance guest experience.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in training new staff and maintaining service standards.
• Oversee shift schedules, billing accuracy, and room assignments.
• Support in implementing new front desk processes and technology.
