Job summary

Caliber Collision in Saint Francis, WI is seeking an Office Administrator to perform all-purpose duties, including payroll and HR administration and center recordkeeping. The role also covers Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and cash handling, all in line with company SOPs to ensure smooth operation.

You will support front office teammates, train staff as needed, and uphold a world-class customer experience by enforcing procedures across the center.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support and necessary tools, training and information to teammates.
• Perform payroll and HR administration and recordkeeping for all center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cash Handling procedures to SOPs.
• Deliver a world class customer experience through consistent SOP adherence and monitoring.
