Job summary

Caliber Collision Forest Lake is seeking an Office Administrator to support front office teammates, handle payroll and HR administration, and manage accounts payable/receivable with accurate cash handling in a production shop environment.

This role emphasizes delivering a world-class customer experience and adherence to Caliber SOPs, with eligibility for overtime and weekly pay. Two+ years in a customer-facing role and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist front office teammates with tools, training and information to perform their job.
• Provide accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable accounts and Cash Handling procedures to company standards.
• Provide a world class customer experience by ensuring center’s SOPs are followed through training and monitoring.
